Day Meeting Package (DMP):

  • Daily use of meeting room (8am-5pm) with ergonomic chairs, adjustable lighting, and Wi-Fi.
  • Ample complimentary parking on site (available at State Street Campus).

  • Hot breakfast buffet in the dining room.
  • Hot lunch buffet in the dining room (or boxed lunch).
  • Continuous beverage service of coffee, sodas, and filtered water, plus morning and afternoon break items.
  • Package also includes notepads and pens at each place setting.
  • Standard AV equipment includes 2 microphones, wall mounted LCD screens, plus 2 flip charts with markers. Additional AV available for a daily rental fee.
  • AV assistance available.
